Wythenshawe Muslim Association

Alhamdulillah over recent years, the Muslim population in Wythenshawe has steadily increased. In an effort to facilitate services for this growing community, the Wythenshawe Muslim Association (WMA) was established in January 2022.

Since our inception, we have been active in the local area sourcing prayer facilities, hosting community gatherings, and offering educational services for the Muslim community. We also support numerous projects taking place in the wider community and are keen to contribute to the good work taking place in the local area.

Our vision is rooted in the Islamic tradition and follows the Prophetic example by making education, worship, and community work essential components of all our activities.

Our team consists of a small number of dedicated volunteers who seek to represent the majority of Muslims in Wythenshawe and facilitate services and activities that are of benefit to the whole community.

Please keep an eye on the calendar below and follow us on Twitter and Instagram to keep up to date with all our activities.

If you do have any questions please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
