Dhul Hijjah and Eid Announcement
The blessed month of Dhul Hijjah will begin on Monday 19th June 2023 Insha’Allah.
The Prophet ﷺ said about the first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah: “There are no days on which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days.” [Muslim]
Let’s all make a sincere effort to increase in our worship over the next 10 days.
The Day of ‘Arafah will be on Tuesday 27th June 2023 Insha’Allah.
The Prophet ﷺ was asked about fasting on the day of ’Arafah, he said, “It expiates the sins (Minor) of the past year and the coming year.” [Muslim]
’Eid al Adha will be celebrated on Wednesday 28th June Insha’Allah, details regarding the location and time follow in due course Insha’Allah.
