DESCRIPTION:A group for mothers and toddlers. \nCome along to the masjid and enjoy a safe space for your babies and toddlers to explore and grow with us. \n\nOur groups range from birth to 4 years of age.\nBreakfast snacks are provided.\nWe ask for a donation of £2 per family for the event.\nPlease note the event only runs during term time and is for ladies only.\n\nIf you are planning to attend please register your child here.  (There is no need to repeat the registration if you have already completed the form on a prior event). \nPlease note you can register your attendance to the event by returning to this page the every Tuesday before the event. \n  \nOur session operates with the following agreement: \n\nDuring the Little Gems sessions I understand that I am required to supervise my child(ren) at all times.\nBy playing with my child\, I can demonstrate good behaviour in the way I act and speak\, encouraging sharing and positive play.\nCircle time is a social time when we sit together to eat; this helps to keep the room safe and clean.\nLittle Gems sessions are special times for parents/carers and their children. Mobile phone usage is restricted for emergencies only.\nLittle Gems and Cheadle Masjid operate a no smoking policy; therefore there will be no smoking during the session or on Masjid premises.\nAt the end of the session parents are encourage to help tidy away all the play equipment.\nLittle Gems sessions are spread across the Masjid campus\, I understand I am solely responsible for my property and that Cheadle Masjid is not responsible for any lost property.\nI understand that by not adhering to the agreement\, the play leaders reserve the right to ask meet leave the session with my child and in extreme circumstances cancel my registration.

DESCRIPTION:Visit the land of the Prophets and spend time immersed in Islamic history. \n\nThe trip will cost £545 Per Person (Excluding Flights)\nAccompanied by Imam Abid\nJumu’ah in Masjid Al-Aqsa\nSelected Ziyarahs\nDaily Lecture\nOpen to Brothers\, Sisters & Families\n\n  \nPlease read our trip overview information prior to booking your place.1Trip Overview \nCheadle Masjid is pleased to announce its first al-Aqsa trip led by our very own Imam Abid Khan and arranged by Royal Travel\, departing on Wednesday 28 September and returning on Sunday 2 October. \nAl-Aqsa is referred to by several names including Al-Maqdis (house of purity)\, Al Quds (Purest Place)\, and indeed Masjid Al-Aqsa has and always will be dear to the hearts of Muslims. It was the Qibla for Muslims before Allah (SWT) commanded to take the Kaaba as our Qibla. \nDuring the “Night Journey” known as Al-Israa al-Mi’raj our Prophet Muhammad صلى†الله†عليه†وسلم†was first transported to Masjid Al Aqsa from Makkah where he led a jamat of all the prophets (AS). \nAbu Dharr said\, “I asked the Prophet صلى†الله†عليه†وسلم†‘Which masjid was the first on the earth?’ He ( (صلى†الله†عليه†وسلم said\, ‘The Sacred Masjid (Mecca).’ I said\, ‘Then which one?’ He said\, ‘The Furthest Masjid (al-Aqsa).’ I asked\, ‘How much time was between them?’ He said\, ‘Forty years. Wherever you are when the time for prayer comes\, pray\, it will be a masjid for you.’” (Bukhari). \nThe trip will include Friday prayers in al-Aqsa\, a detailed walking tour of al-Aqsa including The Dome of the Rock (Qubbat Al-Sakhrah)\, its history and importance\, and a walking tour of the old city of Jerusalem (including for example the Church of the Holy Sepulchre) with detailed explanations of the significance\, benefits\, and doubts in relation to those sites in the context of all three Abrahamic religions. \nPlease do note however that the trip will be focussed on the al-Aqsa compound\, praying in Qibli masjid\, spending as much time as possible in that blessed land where there is not one inch but a nabi or angel has been in that very same place. There will be a ziyarah programme visiting: \n\nJabal Al-Zaytoon (the Mount of Olives)\nHebron – Masjid Khalil\nHalul – Maqam of Yunus AS\nJericho – Maqaam of Musa AS\nChurch of the Holy Sepulchre\nBirthplace of Maryam AS\nResidence of Imam Al Gazali\nThe kanaqah of Salah Uddin Ayoubi RH\nThe Buraaq Wall – Where the Prophet ( صلى†الله†عليه†وسلم) tied Buraaq during the Night Journey.\nMasjid Umar Bin Al-Khattab (RA) – the place where Umar (RA) performed Salaah after the conquest of Jerusalem\n\nTo enable the best experience\, we will stay at the Golden Walls Hotel\, perhaps the most comfortable hotel within a short walking distance of al-Aqsa.
