DESCRIPTION:Through the power of unity on a single day of action\, every year\, thousands of members of the public are taught Basic Life Support skills in Mosques around the UK & internationally. \nHistory \nLifesavers started in 2014 as the ‘BLS Mosque Project’\, teaching life-saving skills in three Mosques in London. By the Mercy of Allah\, the project has expanded each consecutive year – being taught in Masjids up and down the country \nThe Programme \nThe BIMA Lifesavers programme follows the BHF Heartstart programme teaching: \n\nCPR\,\nRecovery Position\,\nManagement of choking.\n\nEach of these skills are taught in a three-step method: \n\nA thorough explanation of the theory at the beginning\,\nA practical demonstration\,\nA chance for participants to practice and perfect their technique.\n\nThe course is delivered over a 1 hour session. \nPlease book 1 ticket per person. \n
