DESCRIPTION:A programme to give learners the knowledge\, skills and confidence to support qualified coaches. An ECB Support Coach is not qualified to lead coaching sessions independently and therefore must be supervised by a qualified cricket coach. \nCourse content: \n\nSupporting coaches and players\nCommunicating with coaches and players\nSupporting fielding\, bowling and batting\nSafety\nDifferentiation\n\nWho is it for? \nAnyone aged 16 and over wishing to support qualified coaches\, inspire players and make a difference to the game. \nCommitment: \n\nOne face-to-face module lasting three hours\nTwo bitesize e-learning modules lasting 10-15 minutes each\nMultiple choice question assessment.\n\nPre-requisites for certification: \n\n16 years old (male and females welcome) – please note course instructor will be male.\nValid safeguarding training e.g. Safeguarding Young Cricketers.\nValid ECB DBS.\n\nThe last two we will issue you with links to complete the relevant documentation once you have purchased your ticket. \nPlease ensure you purchase your ticket before 12th December.
